Customer Service: it is what so many claim to have, but fail to provide. Our main goal is to provide you with an exceptional experience. We have made a radical change to the way a conventional Harley-Davidson dealership is run. We have combined our Parts Department with our Service Counter to create a "Customer Service Department."
Our Customer Service Reps are highly trained individuals. Their training consists of H-D® P.A.C.E. videos with Internet exams (currently 39 tapes), H-D P.H.D. videos with Internet exams (currently 62 tapes), and H-D World Series training in Milwaukee, WI and York, PA, as well as regional training classes. All this translates into a person who understands your bike and the accessories/performance parts you want. From buying an oil filter over the counter or making a service appointment, to handing you your keys after your bike's completion, a Customer Service Rep will be with you every step of the way.
