"On May 28 I purchased a used 2003 Electra Glide Classic. After 5 weeks of riding almost 2000 miles I thought that the front brake felt a little mushy and brought it in to be looked at.
To my dismay I was informed that my front brakes were in dire need of being changed. Bill Maselli the salesman who sold me the bike immediately picked up the phone and instructed the service department to do the brakes. During the course of the job it was determined that the brake rotors were also unserviceable and also had to be replaced. To make a long story short, I was able to leave the dealer without a huge hole on my wallet. I feel that they went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I've been a customer since Fritz was on Canal St., and will be for life.

" Just picked up my '09 Fat Bob and my experience at Fritz's was second to none. "From the time I walked in to the time I purchased my new Harley (the same afternoon), my experience at Fritz's was a pleasure. My salesman, Brian, spent an hour and a half with me and my wife, patiently answering every question we had, enabling us to find the right bike for our needs. There was never any hard sell. "My husband and his friend first went to Reggie Pink in White Plains, the saleman was arrogant and rude which than brought them to fritz, needless to say they both walked out with bikes I was there as well and the people there are so welcoming,knowlegeable and helpful. Dan went out of his way make sure my husband got his new two bike trailer the same day we picked up my bike. My husband has brought his bike there for service for 5yrs. and is always satisfied. I have been a passenger and now have bought my own harley a sportster from them and they were awesome to me. The one girl who is behind the counter with Andy let me ask her any question I had she made me feel so good about riding as I am a learner. The girls who are in the apparal area were also awesome to me and so excited for me as was everyone else there about me buying my first harley knowing that I am a learner. I feel the place is like one big family. "

Each individual I spoke with went out of their way to help me out, answering any and all questions that arose, and did not make me feel like an inconvenience to them when I needed assistance.
